      Q How far in advance do I have to place my order?

      All orders must be placed at least 72 hours before your arrival day. ou can place orders at anytime before your arrival date but it MUST be at least 72 hours before arrival. Starfish will not accept orders after this cut off. We can not help but stress this for it creates many complications when orders are being processed.

      Q What if we have a last minute order?

      Q If I am staying in a Villa, do I need permission to use your services?

      ASK YOUR VILLA CONTACT IF YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO USE OUR SERVICES!

      We need access to your villa before you arrive and information about who to contact to arrange a convenient drop off for all parties involved before you get here.

      ORDER WITH STARFISH MARKET
      After contacting us we will instruct you to order at: www.starfishmarket.com

      We use Starfish as our primary ordering market.

      ALL ORDERS MUST BE COMPLETED 72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE! STARFISH MARKET WILL NOT ACCEPT ORDERS LESS THAN 72 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL!

      STEPS TO ORDERING:

      go to www.starfishmarket.com online ordering page and put together your cart of desired items. Upon checkout be sure to check: IN-STORE PICKUP for PICK UP TIME put 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. for contact information please put all YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION finally in the notes section put: "PICK UP BY LANDLUBBER LOGISTICS!!!"

      The notes section is also used for:

      any items you want but could not find on the online ordering page (e.g. truly is not on site but is available)
      items like beer can be ordered in cans (e.g. corona, webpage only lists bottles but cans are available)
      other inquiries pertaining to dietary concerns or allergy specific items you may want

      Shortly after you complete your order, Starfish will send you an order confirmation email.
