HURRICANE HOLE FULL DAY KAYAK & SNORKEL Claimed

Come paddling and experience the beauty of the Caribbean both above and beneath the sea.  Experience the Coral Reef National Monument on a unique Kayak Trip in Hurricane Hole on the East End of Saint John.  Explore Water Creek, Otter Creek and Princess Bay.  Snorkel in the mangroves, and see schools of juvenile snappers, barracuda, starfish, colorful sea anemone, and more.  No previous kayaking experience is necessary as the professional Guides will teach you everything you need to know.  Snorkel, bird watch, and explore the Virgin Islands National Park while aboard these human powered vessels.  Top-quality Wilderness Systems touring kayaks are provided.  Singles and doubles are available.

On January 17, 2001 President Clinton established the Virgin Islands Coral Reef National Monument which consists of 12.708 submerged acres off of Saint John including Hurricane Hole.  The purpose of this National Monument is to provide greater protection to the sensitive coral reefs, and as a result there is no fishing or anchoring allowed.
