Join us for Happy Hour from 3-6 p.m. at the best sunset spot in the Virgin Islands.   We have a full bar with a nice selection of beer, spirits and a few options for wine.   If you’re lucky, you’ll see a green flash as the sun dips below the horizon.  Cheers!

We do not take reservations, in general.  To get a good spot for sunset, arrive around 4:00 p.m. – the earlier, the better.   

The Windmill Bar is part of Neptune’s Lookout, a recreational estate.  It includes the Susannaberg windmill which was erected in the 1780s.  Estate Susannaberg is a former sugar plantation that was purchased by Mr. Neptune Richards in the 1940s.  His descendants are the current owners of the estate which includes the windmill, the bar, a 9-hole disc golf course, and a campsite.  It’s the perfect spot to watch the boats sail by, the sun set, the moon rise, and the night sky.
